1987 f150 351W running rough when cold and hot

I have a 1987, f150, 351Windsor, 4x4, 4bl carb, with an Eddlebrock carb. When it is cold (first thing in the morning) it doesn't want to start and stay running. When it is really hot, it doesn't seem to want to start either.
I've changed the cap, rotor, coil, and looked for all vacuum leaks.
What could be giving me the problem? I don't think it's an adjustment on the carb.

What have you got for choking for cold start?
The truck was FI . How is the fuel system setup for fuel pressure to the carb.
Have to look into these things to find any problems.

I haven't looked into that yet. I'm thinking it's something to do with the carb or vacuum. It does have a carb, it's not efi.
