2006 4.6 header question

2006 4.6 header question
JBA looks to be the only sompany that lists headers for the new bodied 4.6L,
but there a couple of companies like pace setter that make headers for the
97-03 4.6 which bolt to the factory y-pipe. does anyone know if these would fit the new body? like, is the egr tube in the same place?
