I'm gonna swap the 5.4 out of my trucks for a single 4.6 since it's such a great engine it should pull both trucks nicely

glad you all are happy with your engine size at least you are driving fords and not chebby's

The reason I went with the 4.6 is because I really don't need the towing capacity of a 5.4. I never tow anything, and if I were to ever tow something it would most likely be fairly light, so the 4.6 wouldn't have a problem.

I know the MPG difference is very small, but that factored in a little bit.

Another reason is because my older brother is a die-hard mustang enthusiast. He's got a 65', 70' Boss, 89' LX fox body stroker (this is his baby), and a 06' 4.6 Roush clone. He knows a ton about the 4.6 mod engine, so it will defiantly help out if I ever need it

Cool

HI!... 4.6's are a waste of time for my 5.4. I just race the 4.6 trucks with my little 4.0L Ranger. They don't stand a chance there either...............

i love the 4.6... just wish someone would make a decent set of headers for the ****in thing...

btw. those gears in my sig., have NOT been installed yet(can't wait though)

That ain't sayin much - if that 07 wasn't tuned, I would have owned that race with a nothin special 5four two valve, -. Been there done that

Those trucks are seriously under tuned.
