Question Pulstar Pulse Plugs

Has anyone tried those PULSTAR plugs, www.pulstarplug.com, that I saw advertized in Popular Mechanics magazine? From what I can determine on their web site, the plugs seem to be the latest iteration of the old capacitor discharge ignition systems with a new twist, the capacitor is installed in the plug. I would be interested in opinions on the new plugs . . . more snake oil or a true innovation?????? At $25 a plug the company must be really proud of them.

Snakeoil.

The current ignitions in these trucks are multispark, with a relatvely long dwell time - you throw those plugs on there, and you can pretty much guarantee you'll upset that particular applecart, for no advantage whatsoever, and far more likley, a degradation in efficiency, or worst-case, misfires.

Sorry.
