I am thinking on this as well, from what I have researched the hardest part is fabbing up the piping. I haven't found a kit specifically made for the 4.2 but if you can find someone to fab up the pipping for you you'll save some $$$.

Well just to put my 2 cents in. When you turbo charge your trucks there is a lot of other things that have to happen.
You will need it tuned for more fuel and the correct air fuel ratio.
You will need to get a adjustable fuel pressure regulator
depending on boost pressures you plan on running bigger fuel pump and injestors.
Actually the easy part is the manifolds and the intercooler piping
I suggest take it to a good dyno guy. It will cost a bit, but knowing that your new found power plant is going to be stable is very comforting.
