time for tune up

So I'm approaching 90k miles and I would have to guess I'm due for some things. I'll be looking at getting some custom tunes after I do all this so with that in mind, what are some of the best aftermarket products for say spark plugs and wires, fuel filter and o2 sensors and just about anything else that anyone would recommend changing if I havn't done it already? and speaking of fuel filters, I havn't changed one on this truck myself, only on my ranger. Is it much different? Anything special to know? I really only want to put on the best stuff to get the most performance out of my truck as possible.

i just had mine done since i was approaching 87,000...had the fuel filter changed, fuel injectors/system cleaned, coolant system flushed/changed, spark plugs changed, COP boots changed, PCM updated by Ford, and the full transmission service/flush...all mine was done with ford factory parts from the dealership. the service manager at the dealership did mine himself so he wanted to use all ford parts..my truck runs loads better and smoother than it did before. now all ive got left to do is have the transfer case and both diffs fluid changed and maybe new shocks and an alignment..although i might forgo the two latter items if i can find a suspension lift soon... but i definitely recommend it, it was like driving a new truck
