It has nothing to do with luck, it has to do with a crappy design for a plug. Not your fault. Good luck, I hope it all works out for you.

I just pray they can get everything out without pulling the heads. But they are scared that something may drop down into the cyclinders and ruin them. *sigh* 2pm this afternoon should let me know the fortune of this truck. I should have just drove it up the logging trail and accidently get it to roll off the mountain. Sure it would be insurance fraud, but I could at least get an 09 model here soon.

i fail to see why you should have to pay for fords design flaw.

Kinda like if you blow a plug,,,,they don't pay to fix it!

the plug launching was more of an after someone touched them. last i remember reading only the 99's had problems with launching from the factory. those they did something about

Uggg........no luck with the rotunda tool. They could get 2/3 of them out but the last was a no go. Closest one to the firewall and was a PITA for them to get. So they are pulling the heads on Monday so I will be without my truck for almost 2 weeks.

I swung by the shop this morning to get some stuff out of my truck and took a look at the plugs. I had 3 fouled plugs which could explain why I was having a slight performance issue.
