trouble finding part (crank vent system)

I can't believe I can't find this part anywhere (2L3E-6K817-BA). And trying to describe it to the counter guys is worse. The PCV valve is on the (right) valve cover - goes to the right side of the throttle body. The part I'm looking for is the tube that goes from the left (as yer lookin' at the engine) valve cover, and goes to the back of the TB elbow. It's a 90 degree rubber elbow that connects to a hard plastic tube and goes to the 90 degree rubber elbow(that rotted from the heat & oil) that connects to the back of the TB elbow. It's what caused the 171 & 174 codes a few months back. I used some heater hose as a temp fix - but it's gone soft and acting funny lately.
Is there a good source for online parts (all the ones I've been to seem to have the same generic "parts finder" set up.

Found one at the "other" ford dealer on the other freakin' side of town. Took the old part in, and after a few minutes of cross referencing, he said he had one - $34 - good to go for another 3-4 years
