o and does he have the dual or single core? and did you wire it into the a/c?

Im not sure for sure on the probe wire. I think it would work. Sounds like its better to try and repair what you have since its already messed up, cant get worse from here....

the controller was 17.99 from autozone.

I have had my fans for almost 2 years, Jwool has had his for about a year, and Scott for two days with no failures so far

He has single core (even with factory tow package)
I had single went to dual

Oh and the fans are 3400 CFM's if i remember correctly

That fender cover kind of goes with the "thongs".

very very nice install, looks very clean. I particularly like how you went with 4 large one piece brackets rather than 8 smaller ones, looks alot stronger that way.

Pat if you could PM me the name of the ebayer you got the fans from I'd appreciate it.

The ebay seller was "abad71camaro" If you cant find his auctions, let me know ill find some like what we got. Of course when you order, make sure you order two of them.

well definately a cleaner install than what i did outside in high teen low 20 degree weather lol.

I did it installed on his truck for 300, but materials roughly 150-175

I believe the seller on ebay named skipwhite also has fans, thats where pat and I got some 16" from. I have dual 16" and they are rated at 2500CFM a piece. Pat is really the dude to talk to about fan setups, he really helped me out a bunch!
