What does it say on the oil cap? Or in the owners manual?

I would change over to 5W-30, for those colder mornings I would have rather have the better flowing oil in the cold and oh yeah.....

Ford recommends 5W-30 in these motors.....

There is no need to use high mileage oil, and the recommended oil for your engine is Motorcraft 5W20 semi-synthetic, along with a Motorcraft filter - both available at Walmart.

I absolutely agree. Some will tell you to switch to a "high grade" synthetic. Some will even try to sell you on the brand that they sell through their multi level marketing. But if you are diligent with changing your oil regularly, there really is no need for anything besides Motorcraft.
