motor swap for 95 f150

if you do a swap then a high output will bolt right in without any changes except firing order. if you do a 5.8 then the brackets on the motor will have to be changed, the pcm, and the exhaust y pipe will need to be changed as well. you'll also need the 5.8 intake. to me the head swap would be a better way to go especially if your doing it yourself.
or you could also do what i did and get a jasper class 1 5.0. it has just a little bit bigger cam in it but i gained 1mpg on average around town with it and nothing needs to be changed at all.
