I've been asking myself that lately, after looking at a list of my performance mods. So far, the Lightning has an S&B Intake, Dual Magnaflow Exhaust and Long Tube Headers. I have pulleys and a custom tune on my list as well, but is there something else I should be looking into or highly considering?

 

you can make sure its up on maintenance first. check plugs, clean maf, filters, etc. gears are a good idea if they havent been changed out yet.
