coolant leak

Ok guys I have my truck apart trying to fix a leak.I have a leak at the crossover in the front of the engine. I cannot get to 1 bolt. I need someone to tell me how to access it. I was told it was a stud to line up the crossover but when I tap it the piece does not come loose. There are plastic spacers between the crossover and the block and on the passenger side it leaks. I bought new gaskets but cannot get the last bolt out. I have not been able to post pictures. I can send to your email so you can see it. I have a 2000 supercab 5.4 286,000. I really don't want to put it back together without fixing. any help is appreciated.
