Question Oil Cap - This doesn't look good.. does it? [Pics]

So I was stuck at O'Rielly's yesterday for 30 minutes waiting for a battery to be tested on their machine and ended up buying some Z-Max out of pure boredom. I went to put it in the engine today and found some funky stuff on the inside of my oil cap and around the inlet tube. If i remember correctly the last time I saw this funk was when my old Minivan blew an intake gasket and was sucking in anti-freeze to the engine. I don't smell any burning anti-freeze or oil but I don't know what the hell else this funk could be. Should I be not be worried or should I not even be driving this thing?! Hope someone has some input

-2006 FX4 Crew with 24,000 miles.
-Switched to Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil about 1,500 miles ago.
-I am running a VMP Tune (No CEL's)
-I do have an AF1 intake installed
-No other issues with truck

could be condensation build up.do you run the truck for short intervals, this could cause your build up on your cap and valve cover.

Yep especially with the cold weather we are having here in Michigan. I can go and check mine right now and it's probably close to the same because I have only been driving short distances around home lately and our outside temperatures have been really low. This is one thing to look for in a blown head or intake gasket but there are other indicators that are present with that senario as well.

+1 if your not smelling coolant and your not loosing any the cold weather will cause that "milky" buildup on the filler cap and neck

Don't fret it nun, it's totally normal. - Just change it every 3 thousand or sooner. The reason is short trips as said and the oil is not going full cycle of sorts. She needs to run longer to burn off the bi product of winter.

What you should be worried about is putting the V-Max in. What is that stuff? If it's an oil additive, you should never add stuff to your oil.
