Tune up for a '05 4.6l

im new here so tell me if i posted this in the wrong section or something but what would you reccomend doing during a tune up other than oil change/filter and air filter to freshen it up a little more?

make sure the differential fluids are still good, transfer case, transmission fluid/filter, fuel filter, depending on mileage spark plugs/coils, clean the MAF and all that jazz
