yeah i came out of class, did the throttle calibration thing and then it immediately started acting up. I at first thought the recalibration caused it but a few others on here said no, but who really knows, seems weird it never has given me any problems or intermittent symptoms, warning signs until i did the recalibration. if the recalibration caused it, no biggie tho, guess mine isnt responding as well as everyone elses truck.

Good luck and please post the remedy when you get it resolved.

One other thing you might check is the vacuum hose that attached to the back of the throttle body to the passenger side valve cover. I had a idle problem ( not related to the IAC) that was driving me nuts. I figured it had to be a vacuum line issue. When I pulled off that particular vacuum line I noticed cracks that I hadn't seen before on the end that attaches to the throttle body.
Bought a new one from Ford and the problem went away.
