Are all 5.4L engines of the 3v design?? On what side is the 3rd valve on??

 

No. Not all are 3v motors. The 3v motors came out in '04 (I believe). What do you mean "which side is the 3rd valve on"? There are two smaller intake valves and one exhaust valve per cylinder...that's what 3 valve means. Prior to '04, the 5.4 motor had one intake and one exhaust valve per cylinder.

Nope, you got a 2V. You're plugs blow out, us 3V guys plugs stay in

Yea...indefinitely when they break

 

Mine were only in for 5-10 minutes when they broke.
