'07 Cam Phasers...help with crappy dealership

Anybody have any tips on dealing with a dealer that doesn't want to warranty my truck's cam phasers? Here is a little background:

Truck purchased in Nov. 2010 with 55k miles. Warranty goes to 60k miles.

Brought in to dealership to replace radio in Dec. 2010 at 56k miles. Ask service writer about an engine rattle. He says all 5.4's sound like that and don't worry about it.

6/17/2011 64k miles. Bring truck back in for same engine rattle. They tell me the cam phasers are FAILING, but haven't actually FAILED YET!??? I tell them I brought it in already when under warranty and they say FORD won't cover it. They want to quote me a price to fix it. I think they should eat the cost.

What is my next step?

Thanks,
Hunter

Call Ford Customer Service. Won't hurt to try.

So did I...thats why I saved up a little more money and got an '07. What a waste.

Stealth - I will try that tomorrow, though I am not optomistic.

They were corrected I believe when they pit new style heads in 08.

I call ford CS or try another dealer maybe.
