2004 F150, misfire, no power
Okay, let's start with all the information first. 2004 F150 Lariat Screw, 5.4L 3v, 175,000 miles. Bought it with a misfire and it locked up driving it home. I have dropped a 2006 motor with 71,000 on it back in, replaced plugs, swapped over intake. Had a P2195, replaced that O2 sensor, code went away. I still have a slight misfire at idle, it will rev up okay, still slight misfire, went to drive down the road and it has absolutely NO POWER. I am wondering if I am needing to replace the COP's or if I may have a clogged exhaust/Catalytic converter. No CEL, no pending codes. Please help, I have not been able to drive this truck since I bought it! Thanks to all!

Okay, no ideas yet. Update still misfiring at idle, no power. Had my wife run it up to about 2000 RPM and pulled COP connections, all seemed to drop out power, still maybe a COP problem? Then it kicked a P0171 and P0174 for the lean on both banks, I have checked again and again with brake clean for a vac leak, can't find one. I have read that those codes can be caused by catalytic converters too. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry, but if you will look at the date on this thread it was started BEFORE the one you replied to on the other website. I am NOT ignoring an "honest" answer and did not run and hide as you so like to accuse. I am getting other opinions and not just taking YOURS as the written gospel, but as it seems that you have appointed yourself "Ford diagnostic god", I guess I should just ask you and never take an opinion from anyone else. If you put me on the ignore list, that would be great, because I don't need or ask for opinions or help from such a self-righteous person!

Update: Got a friend of mine involved and we for injector pulse on all and found none on #4, checked wiring from Mitchell and had ground and power, as well as correct resisitance from the connector to the PCM connector. Only thing we could figure was either PCM or wiring issue, but had no way to condemn PCM. I sent it to a customer of his who used to be a Ford mastertech and turns out to be a bad PCM, got one ordered, and will update after it is fixed. Thanks for all of the attempts to help, with the exception of the rude, know-it-all one.
