Spark plug problems!!
Well I went to replace the plugs in my 2001 with a 4.6 in it, all on the drivers side went in fine, but the problem occured on the passenger side with the plug second closest to the front of the truck, what happend was i probably tightened the plug down to much because when i was tightening it, it felt like it just snapped and the plug was spinning forward and backward but will now not back out at all, im not sure what to do here? any suggestions would be helpfull. also i drove it around the block a couple of times to see if the plug would pop out but the truck seemed to run fine.

You either broke the plug shaft below the nut or stripped the threads in the head. Either way, sounds like to much force was used. Torque wrench next time? Make sure you have a good plug wrench with a tight fit over the plug and spin it backward while applying what little bit of upward force you can without it popping off.

Well don't drive it! Running with a dead cylinder will cause excessive unburned fuel to melt your catalytic converters.
See if the top part of the plug will come out with a magnet or something. If it feels like the plug is intact, then you've stripped the threads in your head. Use a spark plug socket that has the rubber boot inside. This will help grab the porcelain. While turning counter-clockwise, apply a light upward force to see if the plug will walk itself out. If that doesn't work, see if you can find something like long and skinny pliers to grab the plug.
If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to pull the head off. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. But don't shoot yourself in the foot by driving it like that.
