05 5.4 3v misfire no power after body lift
2 Weeks ago i helped a friend at the shop install a 3 inch body lift on his 2005 Ford F150 5.4 3v crew cab.
At first no issues, other than crappy drill bits, the body lift installation went smooth and he drove off smiling from ear to ear.
Later he stopped to put in some fuel to show off, upon leaving the gas station it started misfiring, ticking, and loss of power. No check engine light.
The next day he fired it up to see if it would clear out. First idled smooth backed out of the parking spot and drove up to the main street. As soon as he tried to take off it started misfiring again.
Later i stopped to take a look, found that coolant from the upper radiator hose had covered bank 2 plugs and cop's. (Removal was needed for the lift)
Soaking up the coolant should fix the issue at first thought! However this did not help, since then the truck has gotten worse and worse.
Now after replacing all 8 plugs (motorcraft), 4 of which broke no issue removing them with special tools, there was no change whatsoever.
New coils still no change. I went over everything the lift could have affected, no wires stretched, looms still in place.
Then started from scratch, Fuel, spark, o2, mass.
Worse thing is that it will not throw a misfire code. Only a Lean condition on bank 1.
Today after messing with it till dark, it has gotten so bad it wont pull its own weight across the parking lot. While milking the gas pedal it backfired raw fuel right?? datastream shows the pcm dumping fuel into the right bank.
Any help greatly appreciated, money has gone out the door when he bought an engagement ring for his girl. So we cant just throw parts at it, really need to diagnose this thing.
I am at a loss, which is a first for me usually able to diagnose anything that comes through the door. Not much experience with the 3V 5.4s other than tune ups, and throttle body's.

Did you blow all the connectors out REALLY REALLY well ? Disconnect any /all connectors that the coolant could have come in contact with and clean them. Pull the silicone seal from the back of the connector if you have to, -THEN blow it out.
Coolant may have leaked down onto the O2 harness. Body lifts are always trouble IMO, - it's for those who can't afford to lift it correctly. Suspension lifts are the only way to go. BL's should be outlawed IMO.
Good Luck, something is still very wet or the harness was pulled or pinched somewhere. The problem occurred shortly after the install, so look to the harness. If the body was lifted higher than what it is now to perform the work, chances are, -wires/harness was pinched. Look at the harness back by the firewall/rear of engine/top of trans.
