Sounds like a great idea!!
I haven't installed one myself, but the installation articles I've read sounded easy.
For those that don't know what it does;
A preluber is an electric pump that activates prior to starting the engine to supply oil pressure to the bearings, lifters, camshaft, etc. so you don" start a "dry" engine. Also, if you own a turbocharged engine, the pump will run for 5-10 min. after shutdown to supply oil to the turbo bearings so the oil doesn't coke and ruin the bearings.

'97 F-250 L/D Lariat S/C, 4x4, 5.4, E4OD automatic, 3.73 gears, 4 wh. ABS and 4 wh. disk brakes, gray leather interior,keyless entry w/alarm, outside: white w/gray rocker section, sliding rear window, tow package. Mods- Ford running boards, Ford ventsahdes, Color-matched bug deflector, AVS tail light covers, Tuff Liner bed liner, unknown brand of cat-back exhaust system (previous owner installed).
