Actually that's what the S11 02 sensor is reporting and its a dead ringer. That O2 is bad. When ever they report lean & rich DTC's at the same time, they're long gone.

A good code reader can graph the pids in real driving time and show the I/M tests, completed, still trying to complete, and pending codes due to incompletes. They are the tests for the emissions part of the diagnostics. Then you can check the Pids individually thru the driving test and the pictures of the last 11 tests. These frames are continously re-updated and watching the updates in real driving time you can vary your driving to test them under different circumstances.

Changed the passenger side O2 (still cant get the driver side out) but it appears to have been the problem. The truck runs smooth, and the CEL light went out on its own (unless the bulb burnt out for being on so long LOL). I'm hoping that was the problem.
