I have a 2007 ford f150 4.6 and the truck start to shake and run very rough about a month ago. It had a code of p0353. which is a ignition coil 3. So i changed all 8 plugs and COP s and the problem still going on. The truck seams to be running a little better but i still don't have as much and power when driving. When i stop the truck starts to shake real bad at around 550 rpm to 625 rpm and then when driving the truck shakes bad when driving and shifts gear and runs at like 1500 rpm to 2000 rpm. Im clueless on what it might be. Ive also changed PCV value and cleaned MAF. Now it is throwing a p0133 error (02 sensor slow circuit/lean in bank 1) If anyone could help?
