I've been reading a lot about these VCT solenoids. My 2002 5.4 is starting to run rough and sound just like a diesel. Feels like there's loss of power as well. My question is where are the solenoids? And how can I replace them? Cant seem to find any for the 02!

 

The 2002 doesn't have VCT.

 

I see, no wonder why I didnt see the solenoids. So what could be causing the symptoms Im having? Its not the COPs, I've already experienced bad ones.
