Oil analysis results
What were the results of the analysis? What proof do you have that it was the oil and not some other cause. I am not just defending AMSOIL but I would really like to know what caused it. Was the air filtration system leaking, oil filters changed reg?
As for selling it, I have never offered to sell AMSOIL nor pressed anybody into it. Just expressing my opinion just like everyone else.

Well, the JD factory guys checked it out and agreed it was bad oil, casused by running it way to long without changing it. I guess after you work on diesel engines long enough you tend to be able to tell whats what when an engine fails. When we looked at the other bearings, and the rest of the engine in general, it was shot. The bearings where worn out, the pistons had stuck rings. The engine was full of sludge. Keep in mind that with regular oil changes these engine often go to 10,000 hours or more.
If you want to run your engine forever between oil changes, go for it. But stop telling us how great it is to do it that way. Most of us are sick to death of you AMSOIL guys going on and on forever about how great your oil is.
I can tell that I will never get the last word with you, so I will not reply to you again. If you respond, then you win. I would sugest you get a life and stop the B.S. about AMSOIL, we have had enough.
