Tried posting in pre-97, but I guess everyone is out to the races, but do some of you Ford Graduates to newer models remember or can tell me about the plastic cap where the wiring harness plugs into on the individual injector, how does this seperate from the injector itself? Chilton manual says to replace the plastic cap if it looks deteriorated. There is a pin in the center that looks like you could press(knock) out, but am not sure. I'm finishing a manual clean-up and want to clean down into the nozzle itself. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
