Where to get a new v-10
I was wondering where the best place to get a new v10 engine assembly would be?
I am going to drop one into my 92 pickup, and would really like to make my custom truck different with a mod motor. I would need engine/harness/and computer, the rest of the parts I will need I can pick up from the auto wreckers. just clean them up and make them fit. I beleive my aod tranny will fit, and I will be getting it rebuilt to handle the extra power.
The reason I want to do this swap is because I can get a supercharger for it, and the reg. mods and still have gas milage and driveabilit. not to mention it will last me a long time. the truck is going to be for shows during the summer and a weekend warrior
So anything you can help me with I would certainly appreciate it
just a thought, would I be better off getting a used engine, like a 99 or 2000?
