FYI..4.6 dyno
This evening I put my 99 4.6, auto, w/3.55LS on the dyno. It includes a K&N FIPK, JBA headers, Gibson sporttruck cat-bak and a superchip.
I did two runs, one without a fan and the other with the fan on.
Inside temp ~65 degrees. With the fan on, the garage door was open and it was brining cool 45 degree air in over the engine.
-dynorun 1 w/o fan
max HP=225.6
max TORQUE=263.6
-dynorun 2 w/fan
max HP=254.4
max TORQUE=302.2
I'll work on getting the graphs posted to web for closer examination tonight.

sounds like one hell of a fan to give you a 30 hp and 40 tq gain!
you need to dyno on an RPM dyno in 3rd gear. Those peak numbers are during a shift and are gone before they can become usefull. looking at your dyno pics i'd say are effectively getting about 175hp@66mph and 230tq@55mph max to the ground on those runs. don't just look at the very quick peaks, look at where the graph is the majority of the time, i.e. in-between shifts
not trying to tick you off, just being objective. the rpm dyno done in 3rd gear will give you the most accurate results.
those peaky shifts are a product of the superchip and are why you probably feel stronger more responsive shifting which is a good thing, just not effective anywhere but during the shift.
