Red face Engine dies, need help.

While driving on the highway, my engine suddenly stops running. The electrical power is still on, the "check engine" light comes on. This happened once 2 weeks ago, and then it happened twice on the way home from work yesterday. Any help, or advice would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention, that each time. The engine restarted after turning the ignition off.

Might check to make sure the Superchip is securely inserted into the ECU. Our Expedition showed similar symptoms and a little duct-tape over the chip corrected the problem.
