Conversion from a 4.6 to a 5.4
Hello,
I am contemplating buying a '99 5.4 V8 to install in the '97 f150 4x4 I have. Are those motors interchangeable, as far as the bell housing, motor mounts, and such? Let me know if this is do-able or too big a pain for the extra horseys. The motor is a good deal, it has 30,000 miles on it and comes with everything, even the computer and Mass airflow for $1,300.00
