The Oxygen sensors are located in the down pipes on my 97 4.6 4x4. The only emissions fittings I had to change were for the EGR tube which came right out with no heat or penetrating oil.

Cool

Hi Mickey

You can add headers with no problem.
The o2 sensors are in the exhaust pipe after
the exhaust manifolds. Just unbolt the stock
exhaust manifolds and put the headers in there place and everything should bolt back into place.

Hope this helps.

Larry.
