Hey Guys
To all who have taken out a 5.4, what is the best way to do so and how long am I looking at. And can the motor be taken out with headders on....or with the stock manifolds on....and can the motor be put in with the shorty headders on, or do they get in the way....I have every damn tool known to man....and I got my cousin to help me....he has done alot more motor pulls thenm I so I think it is under control.....I just have never taken out a modular.

Thanks for any help guys..

The Ford technique is to remove the body. I did read a procedure for removing the engine alone at FlatRate Tech some time ago but I can't find it right now.
