Changing rear pads on a f-150 is very easy.
Remove the rear wheels. Each rear caliper is held on with two 10MM bolts. Remove the upper and lower bolts and the caliper will left up. The pads are attached to the caliper. Remove the old pads and install the new ones. Pay attention because there are left and right pads. The parking brake set-up is very similar to a conventional rear drum set up. The inside surface of the rear rotor is the drum for the park brake shoes.
I believe doing rear pads on these trucks is easier than the fronts. Good luck.
