Question Break improvements

OK, I had the rotors turned, new raybestos pads installed, adjusted the rear breaks and fixed the adjuster in rear too. changed the break fluid and did a power bleed.

I still think the pedel is a little mushy compared to my 98 Explorer.

Any ideas that I can try next. is the 97 F150 just this way.

thanks to all that helped me out in the past.

mine was allways "mushy" but I will get a brake job done this week so I'll fill you in if the pedal feel gets better!

BTW: I noticed you spell brakes "breaks" (?) I wish sometimes these boards had spell checks, because I make spelling mistakes on a regular basis

take care

"Green" brakes are always mushy. It takes a few dozen snubs to properly burnish-in new brake pads/linings. Avoid cooking your brakes for a few hundred normal stoplight stops and you'll enjoy the best that your brakes have to offer.
