Question Tire size

Guys

What's the biggest size tire I can get on a 2000 F150 regular cab, flareside 4x4 ORP w/o lifting it? The truck has the stock 17" rims.

thanks

Hey Jm I have a 1997 4x4 with ORP and run LT285/75/16 and that is about as big as you can go without any lifting or cutting of fenders. I think BFG makes the saem tire for 17" wheels now but i have aftermarket wheels didnt care for the stock aluminum wheels since every truck had them but it is personal choice as well as budget.I have recently had to buy new rims since my Centerlines have broke on me again.

285 should be the biggest that you will be able to fit in there. I also have 17 inch wheels and that is what I have been told.

Question Tire Size

I may have been incorrect about the LT285/75/16 being the largest tire you cn go with it seems as though some people are running the LT305/70/16's so I also would like the answer to that. Will the 305/70/16's fit a stock 1997 F150 4x4 with the ORP
without any rubbing even when offroading under full comprssion and extension of the suspension?

JMC do you know the answer to this?
