What rotor will last with cermaic pads?

I replaced the front pads & rotors not quite 2 years ago on my wife's 99 4x4 F-150. I bought the NAPA cermix pads and new rotors from Autozone ($35ea). I loved the combination and even my wife commented a few times when traffic suddenly stopped and other cars had to pull on the shoulder. Anyway, the rotors are warped now (big surprise). I believe they have a 2-year warranty which is not quite up, but I'd rather get a set that will last. She drives in rush hour traffic and I use the truck in crazy "Up North" traffic on weekends towing some 4-wheelers. High speeds and sudden stops all the time. I don't care about the look as the wheels pretty much cover them. I just want to know what kind of rotors have people used with ceramic pads and had better results. I didn't come up with much in a search. Are the Brembo OEM from Tirerack any good? Has anyone used the Powerslots for a while? Others?

TIA,
Aaron
