14mm or 12mm

How do I know if I have 14mm or 12mm studs on my 2001 screw 2wd. The parts stores always ask and i have no Idea! My GVW is 6600#

I'm not 100% sure on the exact date, but I THINK the cutoff date was 11/29/99 for the 12mm lugs. So it's pretty certain
that you have 14mm lugs.,,,,98
