Brakes on Lifted Truck
Hello all, first post!
Ok, I've recently had an RCD 5" Lift Kit w/35" tires installed on my 2001 F-150 XLT. It's great and I love it, but braking sorta sucks now... I really have to ride the brakes alot more, and I don't feel safe if I had to stop really quickly.
I've searched through the forums and seen other posts asking the same question, but I couldn't find an answer that I liked. Instead of aftermarket, wouldn't some Superduty rotors and pads work? (assuming they're better) I assume they're going to have more stopping power since they're more designed for towing heavy loads?
Thanks, PsychoMike
