Question Is This a Brake Problem? Please Help

I have a 1992 Ext cab 4wd F150XLT. The truck shudders when coming to a stop. I can step on the brakes hard and then the truck will come to a stop normally for the next few times I use the brakes. Then the shudder comes back. The front and rear brake pads, rotors and drums have been replaced without fixing the problem. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong? The truck drives straight and doesn't pull to either side when braking. The truck has rear ABS.

I had a 95 that did the same thing. I changed the rotors and it didnt help. I just learned to live with it. My wifes Toyota 4 Runner does the same thing. Someone told me the rotors would warp and cause this, But like I said, I changed to rotors and it didnt help. It wasnt the transmission becouse I had the manual in mine. I just learned to live with it.
