I don't think you'll have any problems with rubbing. If you do it will be on the lower corner of the front bumper's lower plastic valance. If it rubs, just trim a little off with a knife. Also, a 265/70 is a little too small for a 17x9.5 inch rim. You should really go up to at least a 285/70-17. I know a guy running 265/75-16's on 16x10's so I know it can be done. It just doesn't offer any sidewall protection. If you off-road a lot, you stand a good chance of cutting a sidewall.
