Which bolt circle for these rims?

Which bolt circle for these rims?
Sorry for the dumb ?..however which bolt circle are the ones for an '03 FX4 SCrew w/ 3.73 gearing...
The rims are:
16x10
Bolt Circle of 5x135
Back Spacing of 4.5
Center Bore of 3.43
Load Rate of 2600
or
16x10
Bolt Circle of 5x5.5
Same Back Spacing, Center Bore and Load Rate as above.
Couple other questions:
1) Anyone know the load rate of stock rims?
2) Will that backspacing allow a little bit of tire to stick out of the wheel wells? I'd like that 4x4 look with the tires an inch or so beyond the body. Thanks.
