Help on bolt circle dimensions please
I have a 1990 F150 with the traditional 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern. I would like to buy some factory alloy (dealer take-off) wheels/tires. I know that the new F150 rims don't fit, but are there any recent models (F-150 Explorer, Expedition, ??) that use a bolt pattern compatible with my truck? If not, how far back do I need to go to get wheels that will bolt up?
Thanks! Dennis

DK, you can use any 96 down 1/2 ton wheel, except the F-100. The 92-96 is the same, and the 91 down is the same basicly. The 91 down has rivets. The Ranger and Explorer, and the 97 up and the Expedition won't fit. You can also use the Ford Van aluminums, a cheap alternative. Also, a cool way to go is the Dodge (I know, gross) Van Chrome. You can grind down the Ram on the cap and put a sticker over it. They can be had pretty cheap...
