Question BFGoodrich Baja Radials

Hey everyone,
I remember some time in 1998 Peterson's 4Wheel and Off-Road did a Project Pre-Runner with a 1998 F-150. They had 17" American Racing wheels with 37x12.50R17 BFGoodrich Baja Radials. I was just wondering, first, if anyone remembers this, and my second concern is that I've looked everywhere for these tires! Discounttire.com has them listed as a tire they carry, but when you click on every store to see if they have them in stock, they don't. I contacted them about a week and a half ago, and still no reply. I was just wondering if anyone has seen these tires and could maybe help me locate them. Thanks for all your help.

Those tires are around $350 each. I think thats why they're hard to get a hold of. On BFG's web site www.bfgoodrichtires.com they have 37x12.50R-17 with the AT tread. I'm not sure of the price. Hope this helps.

Yes, I remember. That truck was my inspiration to buy one.

Those tires are available, at least when I called, in 4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers? Those are the Baja's and they have 14/32 of tread, design specifically for baja racing. I don't think they are the best alternative for the road, All Terrains are. Very expensive as well.

As D Reyes mentioned BFGoodrich will have available in the third quarter 37x12.5R17 tires in the All Terrain model. The base price is $335. That's the tire I have been waiting for.

Cool

Hey, JMTruck, what is the "third quarter?" All I guess I'm really asking is, when are the 37x12.50R17 BFGoodrich all terrains coming out? I was looking on their website and, 4 Wheel Parts' website, and couldn't find anything. Hey, thanks for all your help.

No dealer will have them available for sale until BFG releases them.

If you divide the year in quarters: January-March would be the first quarter, April-June would be the second qtr., July-September would be the third qtr., so, I think the release will be close to september.

Go to www.bfgoodrichtires.com/catalog/truck.html and click for the pdf file with all the technical information for all the models.

Hope this helps.
