Hi There again! Just got the BFG 285/75/16's on Sat. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! They totally MAKE this truck! but..... my speedo is WAY off......I'm in canada, and we use km's and its nowhere close...I have the code 19 axle which I think is a 3.55 final drive ratio. Does anyone know A) which colour speedo gear I have, and B) which colour or# of teeth I need with the 285's . It came stock with 255/70/16's . Your help is greatly appreciated.....I LOVE THIS TRUCK

MOST PEOPLE HAVE GONE FROM A RED 21 TO A PINK 19 GEAR. I SEEM TO BE THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS BEEN TOLD BY THE DEALERSHIP THAT I NEED TO GO FROM A 18 TOOTH GEAR TO A 21 TOOTH GEAR. WHEN YOU SPEEDOMETER SAYS 100KPH, HOW FAST ARE YOU REALLY GOING?, FASTER OR SLOWER. YOU SHOULD BE GOING FASTER, WHICH IS WHAT I'M DOING AND THE DEALERSHIP STILL TELLS ME THAT I NEED TO GO TO A HIGHER TOOTHED GEAR. I'M STILL CONFUSED ABOUT THIS ISSUE.

The larger the gear, the slower the speedo. The smaller the gear, the faster the speedo.
