1997 F150 Spindle Nut Size

Hello All,
I was getting ready to replace the rotors on the front of my '97 F150 Supercab 4x4 when I realized I didn't have a socket big enough to fit the spindle nut. Do any of you know what size it is off hand. I don't have a set of metric calipers to check, and the local parts guys say they can't look it up. I think based on english metric conversion it is about a 35 or 36mm. Thanks in advance for any input.

Take a good look and make sure that you don't have slide off rotors. Most of the threads I read about 4X4 relate to getting the rotor off the hub. It might look like one piece but with a little penetrating oil and some persuasion it might just slide off.

Thank You

Thanks for the information. I came home from Church and opened the new rotor box and that answered the questions. They do slide off. I took a rubber mallet to them and the job is done now.
