Wheel lug torque ?????

Can anybody tell me the wheel lug torque specs on a 2000 2wd f-150 with the factory 17" wheels??? The brain surgeons at the WalMart tire center have broken a lug twice in the last to visits for tire rotation and balancing. They claim the computer calls for 150ft/lbs per lug??? Many thanks in advance....

All 2000 F-150's (excluding F-150 equipped with 7-stud wheels and the 7700 payload group), Expeditions and Navigators build after 11/27/99 has the new wheel studs and nuts. The thread diameter increased from 12mm to 14mm and torque to 150 ft-lb.

12mm lugs = 100ft-lb
14mm lugs = 150ft-lb
