Angry Awful vibration at 50 MPH

I've got an awful vibration at 50MPH. The steering wheel shakes violently back and forth. Does this sound like tires are out of balance or that the front-end is out of alignment? If so, should this be covered under warranty since the truck only has 1,100 miles on it? This only happens at certain speed ranges and is very, very bad when it does happen.

Sounds like tires are out of balance to me. Get them balanced, and the vibration should go away.
