brakes locking up

Anyone ever had their brakes lock up as soon as you start the truck up and drive a very short distance? My old 2000 F150 used to do it all the time.

Did they lock up after you used the brakes, and then act like one caliper wasn't releasing? I've had that happen but not on my pickup. Turned out to be the rubber brake line.

The front brakes on my 97 Lariat do it. Very noticable when the rotors are a little wet, and it is first thing in the morning.

Happens to me all the time. Specially after sitting in the rain overnight. Rear brakes lock up big time.... 2000 XL 5-speed.

very common. due to the metallic brakes basically rusting overnight. i replaced my pads and solved the problem. i used metallic again, aftermarket and problem was gone. my problem was on the rear.
