Talking Schwab's All-Terrain SXT's ??

New to this site...
Going to pick up a '98 F150 XLT and having Les Schwab's All-Terrain SXT's 265/75/16 6 Ply put on. Anyone have any info on these?

hrm. I have seen them on my neighbors work truck. He works at schwabbs. The look like a street tire.

6 ply in schwabb terms is 4 ply tread, 2 ply side. So not a good rock or offroad tire.

One last thing, Schwabb does not make their own tires. They have another company make their tires for them. Cooper makes a lot of the wildcat tires they carry. Forgot the other big company that makes their tires.

Yes, not much of an off-road, but LT 265's. Load Range C is noted on the side of the tire, which I thought meant 6 ply tread. You can get the Load Range E, but that would probably be a rough ride for an F50. They do make Mud-Terrain SXT's, bud I don't need anything too agressive.

Wow, nice spelling job I did! That is what I get for trying to do this at work. The dealer got the truck back and drove it today and said it made a world of difference over the cheap 245/75/16 that were on it. He said it felt a lot higher, even though it is only about an inch. Also turning from hard left to right, they don't rub at all in the fender wells.
